The Challenge
SaaS Innovators was suffering from massive "thin content" penalties. They had published over 400 blog posts over 3 years, but none of them targeted commercial intent. They were ranking for definition-based queries that drove students and researchers, rather than B2B buyers looking to purchase software.
The Strategy
We performed a massive content purge and consolidation. We deleted or redirected 300 underperforming posts. We then built massive, 5,000-word "Pillar Pages" comparing SaaS Innovators directly against their biggest legacy competitors (e.g. "Alternative to X").
The Execution
The consolidated authority pushed the new Pillar Pages to page 1 within weeks. Because the traffic was deeply mid-funnel, the conversion rate from organic traffic spiked miraculously. Their MRR curve bent upwards entirely on the back of free, compounding organic search traffic.
