The Challenge
PureForm Brand, an emerging athleisure company, was facing rising customer acquisition costs on paid social. Their profit margins were being utterly compressed by Zuckerberg’s ad auction. They needed a sustainable, low-risk acquisition channel that protected bottom-line profitability while still driving aggressive top-line revenue scale. A performance-only affiliate network was the obvious solution, but they had zero existing infrastructure.
The Strategy
We architected a 3-tiered VIP affiliate program. The Execution
