The Challenge
Nova Tech possessed an innovative B2C mobile application but had completely failed to gain traction among Gen-Z. Their legacy social media strategy relied on polished, corporate graphic design posts that felt manufactured and triggered immediate ad-blindness. They needed absolute volume and cultural relevance, fast, but lacked the internal resources or operational agility to behave like a native internet creator.
The Strategy
We transitioned Nova Tech from a "Brand" to a "Media Company." We abandoned static imagery entirely and launched a dedicated short-form video operation. We established a roster of 5 native, on-camera micro-creators to act as the recurring faces of the brand. We leaned heavily into rapid trend hijacking, skit-based product integrations, and controversial "hot takes" relevant to tech culture to stimulate algorithm momentum.
The Execution
We engineered a high-velocity production pipeline, publishing 3x daily across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. By decentralizing the creative process and allowing our micro-creators to film natively on their iPhones rather than in a studio, the content felt raw and intimate. In week 6, a single skit hit the algorithmic lottery, securing 1.4 million views. We immediately retargeted the engaged audience with paid Spark Ads, funneling the explosive top-of-funnel reach into an 850% surge in App Store installs.
