The Challenge
Lumina Beauty possessed a highly visual aesthetic product, perfectly positioned for TikTok, but they were running sterile product-on-white-background images. Nobody cared.
The Strategy
We seeded the product to 200 micro-influencers. Not macro celebrities, but everyday creators with highly engaged audiences. We didn't ask them for polished endorsements; we paid for raw, unboxing, and genuine reaction videos.
The Execution
We collected the UGC, identified the highest-performing organic hooks, and ran them as whitelisted ads directly from the creator's handles (Dark Posting). This disguised the advertising completely. Gen-Z consumers saw authentic reviews, clicked through instinctively, and drained Lumina's entire Q1 inventory in 3 weeks.
